As from May 09 we are offering some exciting new classes in Yoga Tai-Chi Meditation and Aikido as well as the centrer normal facilities.
Class times:
Monday 7 pm - 8.15 pm Aikido
Tuesday 6 pm - 7 pm Yoga/Meditation
Wednesday 7 pm - 8.15 pm Aikido
Thursday 6 pm - 7 pm Tai-Chi
Saturday 9.30 am - 10.30 am Yoga/Relaxation
Costs €6 per class or lower if buying bulk classes, if any more help is required please contact us.
